Terms of use
Version 1
TonicaStage is an app that helps worship teams plan, rehearse and play together. It is run by Florin Strugaru, a private person in Cyprus. "We" means him.
Using TonicaStage
- You need to be 16 or older. If you are younger, your organization needs to confirm that a parent or guardian agrees.
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
- Your organization decides who is in your team. Its administrators can see names, emails and roles.
Keep it about the music
- Use notes and marks for songs and the service. Please keep private details about people out of them.
- Please do not try to get into other people's accounts or overload the app.
Songs
We provide no songs. Your organization adds them and holds the licence that covers them, for example CCLI. A guest link shares charts for one setlist under that licence.
Tools that read a key or tempo from a PDF, or arrange a song, work automatically and can be wrong. Please check a chart before you play it.
An app that keeps improving
TonicaStage changes often and may not always be available. What is saved only on your device, such as marks and settings, is lost if you clear the browser's data. We may ask you to update the app so you can keep saving. You can always read your saved setlists.
You are in control
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We do it within a month.
- You can ask to see or copy your data, and you can leave your organization.
- If you think someone else has your password, tell us and we will help you secure your account.
If something goes wrong
Write to us first. We will listen and help put it right. In rare cases we may pause an account to protect people or the app. We will tell you why and help sort it out.
We do our best, but cannot promise the app is free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost marks, a song that turned out wrong, or a service that was interrupted. Your rights as a consumer stay as they are.
Changes
When these terms change, we will say what changed in the app. Cyprus law applies.
